Our goal at The 90 Point Wine Club is to thrill you with our wines and our customer service.  Here are some answers to common customer service questions.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please call us at 1-800-975-5649 so we can answer your question.
Where We Can Not Ship
Some states prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine to residents of their state. Here is a list of states to which we are unable to ship wine:

When Do Wines Ship?
Your wine will ship Fedex Ground on or around the 15th of each month.
- During extreme weather conditions, we will delay the club shipment until the weather is suitable to ship your package using standard shipping.
Damaged Wine
If your wine ever arrives damaged (broken, corked, or anything else that would cause you to be unhappy) we will happily replace the damaged bottle.  If we no longer have access to that wine, we will work with you to decide upon a suitable replacement.
How To Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time.  Just send us an email instructing us to cancel your membership. Please note that any wine club shipments that are already in process or in transit cannot be canceled. In cases where shipments are already in process, your cancellation would take affect for the next month's shipment.
